SX10509: Connecting SCH to Ethernet/LAN
Before you can configure your SX10509 you will first need to connect it to your Local Area Network or LAN.
This is done simply by connecting a straight through patch lead from a router or switch that has access to your LAN, into the RJ45 connector on the SX10509.
When you are connected to the LAN power on your SX10509, you should see a green light lit on the RJ45 connector where you just plugged in the network patch lead. A green light means the SX10509 is connected to the LAN.
You are now ready to configure the SX10509.
