The SX-10506 Xwire peripheral board interfaces a pressure sensor to a SPLat controller. As the sensors are dual port, they can measure positive pressures, vacuum and pressure differential. Typical applications would include water level sensing, clogged filter detection, air pressure regulation etc. The particular pressure sensor type used allows for different pressure ranges as follows
