Displays the contents of RAM location m as an unsigned decimal number in a variable width field. As the capacity a single RAM location is a number between 0 and 255, the resulting display can be 1, 2 or 3 characters long.

Dialect exclusions: Not available in dialects before 9. Also, not available on SPLat controllers that do not have onboard LCD support (please check the documentation for your specific board and firmware version).
