RTCWriteTime [D>=16]
Writes the time from HH (hours) and MM (minutes) to the RTC time. On 8 bit SPLat controller the seconds is set to zero, while on 32 bit SPLat controller the seconds is set to the SS value.
Note that DN (Day Number) is not written.
