When it comes time to integrate your custom SPLat into your product, we will provide whatever level of assistance you need. Some customers ship us a copy of their product. Sometimes one of our engineers will visit the customer’s plant to help with physical installation, wire dress, external devices etc. Some customers are perfectly happy with drawings and notes, and maybe a few phone calls.
