During the whole development process there are several points where you sign off on our work. The principle here is that you must assure yourself that the controller you are going to build into your product is suitable for your product. Our design warranty, on the other hand, is that for 12 months we will correct in the design any design errors that surface (and are missed by all your alpha and beta testing and by our testing). A design error is where the design fails to perform according to the specification agreed to at the outset.
