Unwanted standard product returned to us for credit will be accepted subject to our determination, and will be levied a re-stocking/re-testing fee. The fee will be higher if the packaging seals have been broken.

For current model off the shelf product current fees are 20% if the seal is broken, 10% if unbroken and goods are undamaged. If the goods are damaged we may refuse to accept them or charge the Post Nuke Repair price. A minimum restocking fee of USD25 per item applies.

For superseded model off the shelf product current fees are 50% if the seal is broken, 25% if unbroken and goods are undamaged. If the goods are damaged we may refuse to accept them or charge the Post Nuke Repair price. A minimum restocking fee of USD50 per item applies.

Goods will not be accepted for return more than 60 days after date of purchase.

Custom products or product built to order may not be returned for credit.
