Valid for use with hash commands: HMI, HMI_Trace, and HMI_Log

This function will cause the 8-bit number in X to be output in unsigned decimal format in a variable width field. The formatting is identical to OBLCD_UDecDispXFW. This means the displayed number will be right justified in a fixed width field of three character spaces.
