This document provides information on the use of the SPLat MBIO16 expansion board with up to 2ADC output switching capability per output.

The MBIO16 is an I/O expansion board that uses the XPice interface convention. It adds 16 bidirectional I/O points to any XPice capable SPLat controller. The board connects to its “host” SPLat controller board via a cable from the SPx expansion connector on the host. It also has an SPx output connector, allowing several MBIO16 (or other XPice expansion boards) to be daisychained.
