SX10502/SX10502RH: Power supply requirements
The board will run off 12VDC to 24VDC. Maximum current draw (TTL interface, RS485 termination link open) is 30mA. Using RS485 and 75 Ohms of termination, the maximum current draw is 90mA. The power supply voltage is allowed to go to an absolute maximum of 32V.
Connect power to the 3-pin 0.1″ connector marked “POWER” as shown above. The positive terminal is in the middle. The two outer pins are ground.
You can use the same power supply as for the controller and other boards in your system, or a separate one. However, the ground (0V) terminals of all power supplies and boards must all be connected together or they may emit smoke.
