NVReadToPtr nn [D>=15]
Read a pointer value from an NVEM table to the NVEM pointer. Raise a fatal runtime error if the read goes past the end of the NVEM page.
The data is read from the NVEM address Pointer + RecLen x RecNum + nn. 2 bytes of data are transferred.
This instruction replaces the existing pointer value with a new one from the table, and is the key to having tables of pointers.
