OBCA_Clr
Clears the counter, so it starts counting from zero. Normally used in totalizing counter mode. See also OBCA_fRdClr
Dialect exclusions: Not available in dialects before 13. Also, only available on SPLat controllers that have OBCA support with the totalizing counter feature (please check the documentation for your specific board and Firmware version).
