RTCReadTime [D>=16]
Reads the RTC time to HH (hours), MM (minutes), SS (seconds) and DN (Day Number). Also sets the bit in the DM register corresponding to the day number.
Once this instruction has been called to get the time other RTC instructions like
may then use the time or manipulate it. The actual time won’t change until RTCWriteTime is called.
