In an Xwire master executing this instruction will turn off Xwire activity at the completion of the current Xwire transaction. This can be used in advanced schemes where you want to switch between various Xwire master configurations. This instruction can take some time (up to one complete poll/response sequence) to take effect, but does not hold up the processor.
