Serial debugging: Standalone SimpleHMI
The terminal functionality is also available in the standalone Windows version of SimpleHMI. Normally that program does not show the Terminal function, because it is designed to be as basic as possible for the Enduser of SimpleHMI. However, you can simply include the switch /T in the command line/shortcut for SimpleHMI standalone and the Terminal tab will be visible. The shortcut target should look something like this:
