If a customer cancels an order prior to shipment, we may charge a cancellation fee.

For off the shelf product the cancellation fee is 10% of the value of the goods plus USD20 per order processing charge.

For custom made product or goods made to order the cancellation fee is up to 100% of the price of the goods, depending on our determination of where in the manufacturing process the goods are at the time of cancellation.
